I HAVE BIPOLAR DISORDER! I AM HAPPY AND STABLE! YOU CAN TOO!!! SEE HOW!

Bipolar Disorder truly does not have to be DEPRESSING! Depression can be controlled. You just have to know how!


1. OK, so I'm Bipolar, I still want to live a healthy, stable life.

2. I am extremely sick and tired of living in chaos..

3. I know I need to take my medication EVERY day.

4. I NEED TO STAY IN CONTACT WITH MY DOCTOR AND/OR THERAPIST.

5. I got down on my knees and asked forgiveness because I have hurt people I love, and I have been in denial.

6. I asked my therapist to help me make a priority list of: The people I have hurt, what I wanted to accomplish in my life, and what I wanted to change about myself.

7. Asking for forgiveness from those I have hurt, brings peace to my soul.

8. I made a goals list, "what do I want to be when I grow up".

9. Bipolar Disorder can leave me with shame and guilt, but I can hold my head high again.

10. These guidelines are meant to be used whenever you need to work on something in your life.
