I have learned that life doesn't have to be so hard! I have learned that being happy is a choice when you KNOW how to get better! I have learned that this illness is not the end of the world, but can be the beginning to a much better one. I have Bipolar Disorder. I am now living a happy, well balanced life!!! I have written my story, where I was, where I am now, and how I got here to a much better place. FREEDOM is AWESOME!!!
