As I stood in my living room surveying the mess or should I say the disaster. I wanted to sit down and cry. I have Bipolar Disorder and I'm not the most organized person. But, I knew I had to "Clean it and Keep it Clean". If I couldn't do that, I would certainly lose my kids for good. Social Services had already taken them once. I couldn't let that happen again, I was willing to do anything I had to, to stop that.

I sat down and started writing out a plan, the plan worked. REMEMBER, to do this and make it work, you have to REALLY WANT IT.

Break the house into sections, determine which room is the biggest problem. My biggest problem was the kitchen. Save your biggest problem for last. The momentum will carry you.

Write down a step by step plan for each room. As you do each item check it off.

Good Luck, you can do this, and you deserve a house you are proud for anyone to come and visit. Oh yes, by the way, MY HOUSE IS STILL CLEAN!!!
